The Platform does not exercise editor control over such network resources and does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, legality, or security.

Users browse, click, download, or access any third-party internet resources at their own risk. The Platform assumes no ownership, editorial responsibility, or civil/criminal liability for any copyright disputes, privacy leaks, device infections, or indirect damages caused by third-party internet resources.

All bloggers (creators) registering or publishing media, and all merchants (suppliers) listing products for sale, bear sole, absolute, and independent legal compliance responsibility for all products, photos, promotional graphics, videos, and live streams they post on the Platform as internet resources:

【Blogger Media Compliance】Bloggers warrant that all photos, short videos, and live stream materials they upload are legally owned or authorized, and do not infringe on copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity rights, or contain illicit material.

【Supplier Product Compliance】Suppliers warrant that all physical or virtual products, packaging, and fulfillment services listed comply fully with consumer protection laws, trade description laws, safety regulations, and industry standards, and contain no counterfeit goods or prohibited items.

【Legal Consequences & Sanctions】Bloggers and suppliers warrant that all listed content fully complies with all applicable local and international laws. If any violation of law (including but not limited to intellectual property, consumer rights, or adult-content classification laws) causes loss to the Platform or any third party, the violating blogger or supplier shall bear full civil, criminal, and indemnity liability. Upon detecting or receiving reports of illegal listings, the Platform will take down the products/media immediately, freeze the related accounts and assets, and cooperate with judicial investigations.

Love Token (LT) is a utility token specific to the Platform ecosystem and does not constitute or promise any financial returns, securities investment instruments, or interest-bearing assets. The token-to-fiat conversion rates are adjusted by technical algorithms and may fluctuate at any time.

The Platform integrates third-party Web3 login suites (e.g., Privy). You are solely responsible for securing your linked wallet passwords, seed phrases, and private keys. The Platform is completely exempt from liability for any loss of LT or other crypto-assets arising from authorization errors, key compromises, phishing, malicious software, or force majeure contract exploits.
