Mental health is literally crazy. I’m one of those people who’s appetite is heavily effected by their mental health. Anxiety will have me unable to eat for weeks or months at a time. But depression will have me eating 4000 calories a day. I’m soooo greatful to finally be in such a stable point in my life that I’m eating healthy, going to the gym, and balancing my stress. It’s taken 28 years to get here, and I won’t let myself go back😇🧡 心理健康確實是瘋狂的。
